My passion lies in orchestrating equitable change, through intentional design. My expertise is in developing new strategies, services and experiences for fast-growing companies, FTSE 500 businesses, the third sector, and government institutions. I have 9+ years of experience working in innovation strategy, technology and design agencies. I have led teams through complex problem spaces and diverse environments - uncovering patterns and behaviours, designing for real customer needs, evaluating possible futures and shaping unique value propositions while facilitating organisational change and service delivery.

My approach combines strategic insight with human-centred design, deep research (both primary and secondary) and product thinking. This enables me to deliver strategies, products and experiences that are intentional, work for the business, and can be seamlessly delivered in the real world.

I put a lot of emphasis on quality of thought, and building deep relationships with clients while being aware of their evolving contexts and needs. My experience living in 8+ countries means that I can thrive in multi-layered situations and multicultural environments.

I love a new adventure. I embrace novel challenges whenever presented to me, be it indulging in new cuisines or trying out new forms of sound healing. 

I find a lot of freedom when I'm on my feet and in the outdoors. In 2018, I took a career break to explore Patagonia, which gave me the itch to hike more and learn how to ski.
